Twenty-five years of New York City renovations has given me a clear point of view: the quality of the outcome is determined before the first decision gets made — before the drawings, before the contractor meetings, before the finish selections. How the project is set up, who is brought in, and on what terms — that's where the outcome is won or lost.
What I find most compelling — and essential — is developing a guiding design concept informed by my clients' values, tolerances, and expectations. Getting that right is what gives every subsequent decision its logic.

Through an in-depth survey, site review, and working session, we translate your priorities and values into clear expectations and practical guidelines — delivered as a customised Project Planning Package (PPP), that serves as the governing reference for every decision that follows.MORE

  • Property Review: Conducted onsite where possible, to assess potential and constraints and inform preliminary floor plan options.

  • Comprehensive Questionnaire: Captures your functional, aesthetic, and investment priorities. Completed separately when working with a couple.

  • In-Person Working Session: Aligns survey findings with site conditions so that project priorities and opportunities are clearly defined before the team-building phase begins.
